1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the ORVIA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using ORVIA on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ORVIA provides an AI-powered booking and customer support platform for service businesses. The platform includes:

  • AI-powered customer conversations and booking management
  • Multi-channel deployment (website widget, WhatsApp Business, voice)
  • Knowledge base for training AI on your business information
  • Appointment scheduling with staff and location management
  • Automated email notifications (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Support ticket management and escalation
  • Admin dashboard for managing your business operations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of your business information
  • Complying with applicable laws regarding customer data you collect through the platform
  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers for AI-powered interactions

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass the AI's safety guardrails or prompt injection protections
  • Upload malicious content to the knowledge base
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ORVIA, including business information, knowledge base content, and customer records. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

ORVIA's AI generates responses based on your knowledge base and business configuration. While we implement safeguards (including hallucination prevention and grounding validation), AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of your knowledge base content.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Plans include defined limits for bookings, AI messages, staff accounts, locations, and other features. Usage beyond your plan limits may result in service restrictions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or data loss.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
